I am a small ATV shop and ordered a muffler and exhaust pipe from JT Cycle, i received my order and noticed a pin hole in the muffler....JT Cycle on a Friday afternoon contacted the manufacture and and got a replacement coming by Monday it arrived and my customer was very happy....i will order from JT Cycle again!!!!
