M2.5 MESH MASK:
The RZ M2.5 Mesh Mask design features the same highly breathable, comfortable, and durable mesh fabric construction as the M2, but offers something a little different in the back. The M2.5 sports two adjustable stretch straps that provide you with some additional mobility possibilities. The M2.5 is also excellent in the summer heat and the winter cold. Each M2.5 RZ Mask includes two of our standard F1 Active Carbon Filters. We also offer F2 High-Flo Filter or an F3 High-Flo + Active Carbon Filter, all of which tested to be 99.9% effective blocking particulates down to .1 micron. For those with an eye for a little extra flair, you can customize your mask with one of our V2 valve color options.

To determine the correct mask size for your facial structure, we recommend taking exact measurements using the method described below. This is the most accurate way to determine your correct size.
1. Measure from the bridge of your nose to the tip of your chin. It may be helpful to have a friend assist you. *See fig.1
NOTE: Use a rigid measuring tool and measure in a straight line up and down. *See fig.1 Measuring from the height of the bridge of your nose (usually just below your eye line) down to the tip of the chin. For accurate results, do not use a flexible measuring device such as a sewing measuring tape or a string. Also, do not measure past the tip of your chin.
2. Match your measurement with the given sizes below to find the correct sizing for you. You can also use the different approximate facial types to help you find the best fitting mask. *See fig. 2 – 4 below.
FITTING GUIDE
A proper fit is key to efficient filtration and prolonged comfort. There are a few tips and tricks to help fit your mask properly. *See fig.2 below.
1. When applying your mask, place the top most part of the mask on the very top of your nose, then lower to cover your mouth and chin. Finish by fastening the strap(s) in a comfortable position.
TIP: If you feel pressure on the top of your nose, fasten the strap in an “upward X” position. Vice versa for pressure on the bottom of your chin.
2. A proper seal is only required on the filter, not the mask shell. *See fig.5 As you notice, the filter (blue) is creating a seal on the users face while the mask shell has some slack. This is acceptable. As long as the filter is creating a seal, the mask is deemed effective.
*RZ filters are designed to match your chosen mask size, i.e. a Medium (M) filter fits a medium mask, a Large (L) filter fits a large mask, and an Extra Large (XL)
F1 STANDARD ACTIVE CARBON FILTER: 3/PACK
The F1 is our standard filter consisting of two filter layers, the outer particulate filter, and the internal active carbon element. The outer layer of the F1 filter is capable of trapping particulates down to .1 micron in size. The inner layer, known as the Active Carbon element is effective towards fumes and odors. Combining the two technologies this filter has been laboratory tested to be 99.9% effective.
Common F1 uses:
Low intensity, dust/fumes/odors/smoke/pollen.
F2 HIGH-FLOW FILTER: 3/PACK
The F2 is our High-Flow Filter, made up of 2 layers of particulate filters. The F2 is capable of trapping particulates down to .1 microns in size. *This filter does not contain an active carbon element, eliminating the filtration of fumes and odors. This filter has been laboratory tested to be 99.9% effective. The RZ High-Flow particulate filter promotes 40% better breathability than our standard F1 filter.
Common F2 uses:
High Intensity, Dust/pollen/cold air - No fumes/odors present.
F3 HIGH-FLOW + ACTIVE CARBON FILTER: 3/PACK
The F3 is our Premium RZ filter. The High-Flow Filter + Active Carbon is the most versatile filter. The outer layer of the F3 filter is capable of trapping particulates down to .1 microns in size. The inner layer, known as the Active Carbon element is effective towards fumes and odors. Combining the two technologies this filter has been laboratory tested to be 99.9% effective. The High-Flow particulate filter promotes 40% better breathability than our standard F1 filter.

HOW LONG DOES AN RZ FILTER LAST?
The life expectancy of the RZ Filter depends on many variables, such as; particulate exposure density, particulate exposure duration, and user breathing rate. With that said, below are our general guidelines – as the user will have the final call given your exposure.
+ 20-30+ hours of continuous use in heavy dust exposure to things such as; grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition, etc.
+ 30-40+ hours of continuous use in light dust exposure to things such as; grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition, etc.
+ 50-60+ hours of continuous use when protecting against allergens, pollutants, odors, etc.
V1 VALVE BLACK:
RZ Dual Valve Technology:
A one-way airflow vent expels condensation keeping the mask interior dry. Each valve facilitates easy breathing outwards by optimizing airflow. An easy twist seal locks the inner filter in place and blocks unfiltered air.
The 1.0 Replacement Exhalation Valve is our standard valve.
