ZAN Headgear Motley Tube Lightweight Polyester Neck Gaiter Face Mask Breathable Quick Dry UV50 Bandanna Balaclava Scarf Helmet Liner Unisex

OVERVIEW

Designed for riders who need reliable face and neck coverage without overheating, the ZAN Headgear Motley Tube is a versatile lightweight polyester neck gaiter built for warm-weather riding. It functions smoothly as a bandanna, balaclava, or helmet liner while delivering consistent dust screening and UPF 50+ sun protection. Crafted from quick-drying, unhemmed polyester, this unisex tube mask stays comfortable across multiple climates and supports street, offroad, adventure touring, and dual sport applications.

ENGINEERING & PERFORMANCE

The open-weave polyester construction actively blocks wind and airborne dust while maintaining maximum airflow to prevent heat buildup during active riding. Its seamless tubular design distributes evenly around the head and neck, allowing riders to pull it into bandanna, scarf, wristband, or beanie configurations without shifting or binding. The unfinished top and bottom edges reduce weight and add a raw athletic finish, though riders preferring clean seams should opt for the SportFlex or Fleece Lined variants. Built to endure daily wash cycles, the fabric retains its shape and quick-drying performance ride after ride.

WHY RIDERS CHOOSE THIS

Riders gravitate toward the Motley Tube because it delivers essential dust and sun protection without trapping heat underneath a helmet or goggles. The highly breathable polyester shell keeps sweat moving and dries fast, making it a dependable layer for long hot days on pavement or dirt trails. Its straightforward tubular design eliminates complex closures that can chafe or shift, while the multiple positioning options let motorcyclists adapt instantly to changing wind and sun angles. For riders who prioritize comfort over heavy insulation, this lightweight gaiter covers the necessary zones and stays out of the way until they adjust it.
