Armortech Aftermarket Fuel Tank Petcock Fourtrax Foreman S ES Rancher Recon Sportrax Replaces #16950-HP5-601, 16950-HM7-003, 16950-HN7-003

OVERVIEW

This aftermarket fuel tank petcock delivers controlled engine fuel delivery while serving as a direct factory-style replacement for worn or leaking stock units. Engineered specifically for Honda ATV platforms, the valve relies on precision-machined internal passages and durable external fittings to maintain consistent flow under heavy trail loads.

ENGINEERING & PERFORMANCE

The three-position valve provides reliable on, off, and reserve routing, giving riders predictable fuel access without risking air leaks or siphoning. Internal components are constructed to resist degradation from modern hydrocarbon blends and constant vibration, preserving a tight seal through thousands of ride hours. An included inline tube screen captures particulate matter before it reaches the valve throat, protecting subsequent fuel system components from abrasive wear.

WHY RIDERS CHOOSE THIS

Motorcyclists and ATV operators choose this petcock because it restores dependable fuel flow without the inflated cost of dealership inventory. The straightforward mechanical switch operates intuitively when quick access to reserve fuel is needed on remote trails, while the built-in filtration stops debris from compromising downstream carburetor jets or EFI senders. Factory-spec mounting patterns eliminate guesswork during installation, and the reinforced valve housing resists cracking or warping under sustained heat. The result is a straightforward upgrade that locks in proper sealing, maintains steady flow rates, and removes the failure points common in aging OEM rubber gaskets and brittle plastic housings.
