The KFI #101840 winch mount is a heavy‑duty, USA‑made upgrade designed for Polaris Sportsman and Scrambler ATVs from 2011–2026. Built from 10‑gauge GR50 steel and powder‑coated for long‑lasting durability, this mount installs in the OEM location below the radiator and maintains full compatibility with Polaris OEM brush guards, double‑tube bumpers, and Glacier plow systems.
This mount replaces older KFI mount numbers 101740 and 100740, offering improved fitment and updated contactor positions for newer model years. It works with a wide range of winches using the standard 3.00" x 4.875" bolt pattern.
Made in the USA and metal bead‑blasted before powder coating, this mount delivers superior finish prep and long‑term corrosion resistance. All hardware and instructions are included for a straightforward installation.
