This Top End Gasket Kit for Arctic Cat 500 and Suzuki 500 models uses high‑tech
materials to deliver unmatched reliability and performance. Each set is designed
for durability, accurate fit, and confidence during engine or top‑end rebuilds.
All oil seals included are genuine OEM‑replacement quality. These performance
kits are ideal for piston replacement and include every gasket, O‑ring, and seal
required to rebuild the top end: valve seals, head, base, exhaust, tensioner,
and all related O‑rings and gaskets.
NOTE: Formed rubber valve cover gasket is NOT included. It is included only in
the complete kit with oil seals.
High‑compression kits use a .012" base gasket to safely raise compression — a
cost‑effective alternative to high‑compression pistons or cylinder head work.
All gaskets are made in the U.S.A.
