This Drag Specialties Tour‑Pak Latch Hardware Kit is a complete replacement solution for Harley‑Davidson Touring models equipped with a Tour‑Pack from 1997–2013. The kit includes everything needed to install or refresh your Tour‑Pak latch system.
Note: Lock cylinder and key are not included.
Mounting blocks are not threaded — the included screws are self‑tapping and require a 6‑32 tap for proper installation.
